Brain Breaks Website
Helen recently recommended this fantastic website which is full of videos to show your class when they need a break - there are hundreds of interactive videos to choose from. You could use these to make your class think, energise them, get them moving or stretching, improve fitness or to calm down.
You'll need to register to access the videos, and you can then choose a class character which will evolve (level up) each time you watch a video. Take a look at GoNoodle.

Red Cross website - Teaching activities linked to the Commonwealth Games designed to help young people explore the idea of a welcoming refugees and asylum seekers.
Countries of the Commonwealth flag printables - colouring pages, bookmarks, booklets and themed writing paper for every Commonwealth country.
Commonwealth Games page on Twinkl - mainly display resources, but also a bingo game and some themed writing paper.
Primary Treasure Chest website - lots of display resources, also wordsearches and worksheets.
All about Clyde, the Commonwealth Games mascot - games to learn about the Commonwealth countries. Might be good to explore with your class on the Smartboard.
